Pro Sales Consultant (Great Pay+Bonuses) - From Home

Hello Friend, my name is Sebastian and i am the owner of a successful online marketing agency here in Australia.

We help local business with there online marketing and website creation projects. Until now i have been completely responsible for calling of all prospects and the aquiring of the new business appointments.

It has now come to the stage that i would like to delegate this aspect of my business to a professional sales person.

Male or female, young or old ;) i dont mind. Ideally you will speak and write excellent english and
have had at least a few years of inbound and outbout calling experience.

It is not essential but will be highly regarded, if you had some understanding of how the Google ranking system works and a general understanding of the Google Adwords platform.

On commencement you and i will work very closely together, until you and i have formed a basis and we are both happy with your performance.

You need not to worry about scripts and deep product knowledge since you will be given scripts for which you can use throughout this role.

Note: We don't want you to be ruthless or pushy to our prospects, no one likes annoying calls, neither do we. Instead we prefer you to take a more conservative and consultative approach to prospecting.

If this is done right, setting appointments for me want be very hard.

So to some up, your job consist of finding prospective customer for whom you will contact (we will give you a checklist to use, when selecting them). You will call them, you will need to get through to the decision maker (this may take several attempts before you get to them, so regular followup will be needed). Once through you will get them interested on a "follow up call" with one of our online marketing experts.

What we need from you:

You will need to work from your home, it needs to be very quite. you need to work hours that suit our Australian business work times, which are from 12pm to 8pm Philippine local time (roughly).

Note: I am flexible on the amount hours and the number of days you work, i am happy to accommodate, providing of course you are the superstar candidate we're looking for.

Also i should mention i expect you to document all your conversations made and there outcome into our CRM. I also want to get together with you every second day or so for about 15minutes for quick coaching call. This won't be forever, we may space these out, later once you get rocking and rolling.

Tools for the job:

You will be given a Skype line, with credits and all of the information you need to get the appointment for us. We will also assist you in developing all scripts for this role, you can put your own personality and style into them (we are flexible).
