Full time Employment Webdesign Wordpress

I am looking for a full time employee for my company. You can work from home.
I have long term work available for building websites.

As I have had very poor experiences with full timers before, these are the terms:

9-6 ph time. 13,000php Per Month.
After 2 months, if I haven't fired you, I will increase the monthly pay to over 300USD per month.

Just because you work from home, doesn't mean you work when you want to work. Between the hours of 9-6, you are at work. You don't have the option to step out to the shops or anything like that.

If you are trying to get as many paying jobs as possible, don't bother applying. I have full time work available, so you won't be able to manage full time with me and then full time with someone else as well.

You MUST be available at all times on Skype chat during the working hours of 9-5. If I ask you a question, and you take longer than 10 minutes to answer, I will assume you are not working, and you will not be paid.

DO NOT ask for advances in pay.

If you want to work from home, but you say your laptop or mouse is broken, don't bother applying.

I am a very fair employer, but everyone so far has tried to take advance of my good will.
