For this role, we are open to a wide variety of skillsets to join our Creative Team and make some impressive, effective, and clever design work for our clients. You’ll need at least 3 years of field experience to apply, but whether you are more print savvy or a digital genius - we want to talk to you.

General Skills:

Primarily self-manage multiple tasks and projects.
Respectful to design seniority and confident in seeking guidance when needed.
Able to troubleshoot an issue, prior to seeking seniority.
Well organized.

For Graphic Designers:
Conceptualize and execute print designs to an approved standard.
Assets: logos, business cards, marketing collateral, etc.
Possess a sufficient understanding of print processes, requirements, and common expectations.
Understanding of which programs are ideal for what materials.
Responsible for revisions
Both internally and client requested.


For Web Designers:
Conceptualize and execute digital designs to an approved standard.
Assets: websites, landing pages, emails, UI, etc.
Produce creative solutions to UX/UI problems and actively pursue best practices.
Understanding of which programs are ideal for which materials.
Responsible for revisions
Both internally and client requested.


Basic Requirements:
3-5 years of design experience - this can be in digital or print, or both!
Presentations and brand experience is a plus
UI design experience for web applications is a plus



Email marketing experience is a plus
Programs:
Must (based on skillset): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD
Plus: Mailchimp, Wordpress, Instapage, Webflow, PowerPoint
