Architect//Interior Designer

We are looking for a FEMALE Architect//Interior Designer that can work hand in hand with our Project Managers in doing plans and permits for our Interior Remodels/Repairs.

Responsibilities:

1.Formulate Designs and Floor Plans that are conductive to our clients
2.Pulling Permit with the city for the remodels
3.Maintiain Client, Project Manager and Consultant Relationships
4.Answering emails and documents.
5.Willing to work in an CST schedule (graveyard)

Skill Needed:
1. Drafting of Floor plan and sections
2. Knowledgeable on Interior Design
3. Kitchen Design and details
4. 3d modeling and realistic renders
5. Basic understanding on Construction for interiors
6. Ready to learn new programs for drafting
7. Proficient on Layout
8. Visual Walkthroughs
9. Others - multitasker, organized and focused, always on top of her work and with initiative

SOFTWARES
1.AutoCad/Revit
2. Sketch up/3dmax
3.Lumion/Vray
4. Photoshop/Illustraton/InDesign
