Who we are looking for?

We are currently seeking to hire a well-spoken and dynamic HR ASSISTANT preferably with experience in recruitment and hiring, who will mainly be responsible in assisting the HR Specialist in the daily administrative and HR duties of the company.

Main Responsibilities
--Assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties including recruitment, onboarding, updating and maintaining records and databases, training, performance evaluation, attendance monitoring and timekeeping;
--Coordinates communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
--Manages the job ad sites;
--Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Specialist;
--Drafts process documentation and prepares reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc);
--Coordinates HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and takes minutes;
--Helps set up a good working internal company system for all administrative and HR related matters;
--Creates company materials, tutorials videos and support training materials as well as general content that can be used to grow the company;
--Assisting with any administrative tasks;
--Has quick and effective communication at all times through the platforms our company is using (ie. email, whatsapp or others); and
--Performs relevant tasks as may be ---------- petencies and Qualifications
--Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position (focusing mainly on recruitment and hiring)
--With prior Real Estate Industry is an advantage
--Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools/Google Drive tools (mainly Excel/Google Sheet functions)
--Excellent communication skills

Training period is for two weeks where your performance will be reviewed to see fitness for a continuing employment.
