US Recruiter

About the role:
Recruit and identify suitable candidates from various sources
Search available job boards, databases, and recruiter networks to identify highly qualified candidates
Screen potential candidates by telephone to establish compatibility with minimum qualifications and to determine candidate interest
Responsible for aspects of the recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing and selection of security clearance qualified candidates for various job ---------- e various recruiting methods to advertise posts and publicize vacancies.
Work closely with the onsite/offshore sales personal for day-to-day updates
Follow up with the candidate on resume feedback by the client
Manage candidates from initial contact through placement in such a way as to establish a long-term relationship
Set up consultant database for future requirements according to the skillset.

Position requirements:
with at least 6 months of US Recruitment experience (end-to-end)
Candidates who work in healthcare but have experience handling requisitions from other industries can be accommodated.
Work setup: Purely onsite - Office Location: Ortigas
Can accommodate candidates with 30 days’ notice period but someone who can start ASAP is preferred.
Work Schedule: 8 PM to 5 AM or 11 PM to 8 AM (PH Time)
