Job Details

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Onboarding Specialist with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to support our main operations and sales team leaders. This role is a combination of customer support, data entry and operations.

For this role, you should be a self-driven individual that is looking to learn valuable skills about the esports industry + diving into the startup tech world, as well as experiencing Vanta League’s company culture that values empathy, heart, confidence, growth, & transparency. Attention to detail, communication and organization are incredibly important.

We are a stable employer and will provide all training. Experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential. Continued learning and loyalty will open opportunities for you to advance in responsibility and compensation.

Time requirement

9:00pm - 6am Philippine Time (1 hour lunch), 12am - 9am Philippine Time, or 6am - 3pm Philippine Time
Monday - Friday or Tuesday-Saturday USA Time
13th Month Included
US Holiday Schedule

Responsibilities

Organizing and manipulating large datasets in MS Excel or Google Sheets using functions
Provide basic troubleshooting and assistance to customers
Work cross-departmental to resolve user-facing issues
Work on ad-hoc analytical projects and prepare reports and updates to direct management and executive leadership
Learn to use technologies, such as Hubspot/Zendesk/etc. as well as our internal tools to help build business strategies
Handle various incoming customer-related inquiries via email and Hubspot/Zendesk
Function as a team player to maintain positive and effective communication and interaction with co-workers
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the operations and sales team is on track
Attend daily tea ---------- etings within working hours and provide valuable feedback, insights, and ideas
Be flexible and willing to take on projects as they come up

Requirements for consideration

3+ Years of sales experience
Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Basic computer literacy skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs)

Ability to follow documented procedures precisely
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to use empathy, inquiry, courtesy, and a proactive, outcome-focused approach to solving issues, both verbally and in written communication
High-speed internet / Stable internet
