Project Manager - Marketing Team

We are a Remote HR Partner that helps Fast Growing Companies Grow their businesses by Hiring Remote teams in the Philippines. This role will be to join our marketing team to help further develop our business.

We are looking for someone to help the Marketing team in supporting and improving Marketing Projects Delivery. You will be a crucial input and connection point for the marketing team in our most strategic projects. As our Project Manager you will be in charge of researching, evaluating and assessing new ideas that come up during brainstorming or stakeholder discussions and also a pivot in promoting connection between different teams involved in projects. These projects need you to drive and explore


RESPONSIBILITIES
* You are passionate about meeting goals, and you love to collaborate with all operational units top to bottom to assess, research and measure how we can improve our projects and overall business initiatives.
* You have a keen eye for details and will document and manage the special projects for presentation to the team and top management for implementation.
* Your ability to understand the users needs and translating that into business cases, and strategic decisions is critical.
* Having existing project management and business case experience is a plus and can help you succeed in this role.
* You love problem solving and surpassing OKR's and a sense of innovation and curiousness.
* 5-7 years of experience in project management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Your mission will start with learning everything about the challenges within the company or requirements stated by the team or stakeholders in the organization. You will then research everything about the subject matter and become the “expert” for it. You coordinate with internal and external experts to help drive the business case and decision process.
