JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Manager of Information Security, the Compliance Analyst oversees the compliance program and ensures the organization’s operations and procedures meet government and industry compliance standards. The compliance Analyst will work closely with IT and Security teams to ensure proper controls are in place to meet requirements and stay up to date on new and changing requirements to ensure ongoing organizational compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a BPO / Outsourced Contact Center environment supporting multiple third-party compliance standards. They will have hands on experience They will have hands on experience supporting third party audits, writing and maintaining policies, and working with various stakeholders within the organization to ensure procedures are up to date.

Peak Support operates in the Philippines and the U.S., so the candidate will need to be familiar with security regulations in both geographies, as well as international security laws as applicable (e.g. GDPR).


Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee audit readiness, manage compliance programs, drive continuous improvement activities, deliver dashboarding & reporting metrics.
- Effectively communicating compliance program results, including assessment status, workflow, remediation, and reporting, to a broad audience including peers and senior leaders.
- Collaborates with Information Security Analysts/Engineers, suppliers and business leaders across business facing portfolios.
- Maintains legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements and obtaining approvals.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

- Knowledge in security standards including technical knowledge and audit execution.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in the development of security remediation efforts/compensating controls and track them to completion.
- Good communication skills, reporting skills, critical thinking, decision making in line with policy making requirements.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management tools, secure configurations, interpreting and reporting vulnerabilities, providing guidance for remediation.
- Ability to work both independently and within a global team environment.
- Stays current on threats applicable to the Peak Support environment and brand, and recommends mitigating actions or risk-reduction configurations or solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/Business Administration/Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong familiarity with relevant information security frameworks (PCI, ISO27001, NIST).
- Must be a critical thinker and analytical
- Superior organizational skills and attention to details
- Team player who works productively with a wide range of people
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus (CISA, PMP, CGEIT, CRISC, Security+ etc).
