Responsibilities for eCommerce assistant:
Write and edit product details that will be published on our website.
Work closely with different teams to provide updated content.
Perform digital marketing activities like
Ability to perform multitasking and meet deadlines.
Monitor product sales by using web analytics.
Provide support in PPC, SEO, Keyword research, website UX, and Google analytics.
Keep track of eCommerce activities, including online sales, ratings, reviews, and registration.
Work with an eCommerce manager to develop and plan the overall sales and growth plans.
Monitor market trends to recommend to eCommerce manager to increase sales by offers and discounts.
Work closely with internal stakeholders on an online strategy to ensure consistency across the team.
Make sure that the new websites are designed based on the brand’s best practices.

Track contracts within the department.
Qualifications for eCommerce virtual assistant:
Minimum 3+ years experience required in an eCommerce business.
Must have good negotiation and customer skills.
Experience in managing eCommerce websites.
Good communication and writing skills are a plus.
Familiar with web design.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Must have knowledge of various eCommerce platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales.
BSc degree in marketing or related
Must have the ability to work calmly under pressure.
