Mortgage Modification VA

Looking for a Virtual Assistant who has experience in handling Mortgage/ Loan Modifications.
* Apply, follow up, and get approved for Loan Modification.
* Knows how the Modification process works
* Coordinate with Seller and Office Manager in getting all the Modification documents submitted and filed

Willing to start ASAP in a Part-Time position
$4 / hour as starting pay and subject to increase depending on the performance
