We are looking for a very special, warm and friendly person, to be our Cold Caller/Virtual Assistant. We require a strong command of spoken English and a willingness to work diligently 40 per week on calling our lists. We are a real estate company in the United States. We will be looking for motivated sellers by calling them and asking scripted questions BUT... we want you to be able to gather the information without sounding like you are reading a written Upgrade to see actual info short, we are looking for a lovely warm tone and someone who sounds naturally Confident. COLD CALLING LEADS
- Call potential sellers and set appointments
- Follow up with leads that show interest and do not convert
- Must be able to obtain information about the potential property being sold
- MUST HAVE GREAT ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITTING SKILLS


Job Duties: ****

· Make calls, (and possibly send texts) 7-8 hours a day

- Set appointments for our team to connect with potential sellers

· Effectively communicate the added-value of our services and build relationships with prospective clients.

· All marketing materials will be provided by the company

- Manage your CRM and all your leads, tasks and follow up

- Follow up with appointments set and confirm with the prospect that they will be available for their appointment

Skills****
Preference given to VA's who have worked with ReadyMode (formerly XenCall)

· Exceptional verbal communication skills

· Must Be: Energetic, Assertive, Consistent, Self-Motivated, and Tenacious

· Possess strong interpersonal skills

· High level of persuasion

· Resiliency to bounce back and tolerate stress

· Prior real estate experience – a plus
