Hi, I am a Health Coach and my business is growing. I am looking for an AMAZING Admin Assistant who is organized, pays attention to detail, and can think outside the box. I would like someone who loves what they do so much that they add tons of value.
You will perform a variety of different tasks. Including but not limited to:
Transcribing documents
Research
Creating Documents (slides, charts, spreadsheets, worksheets, etc.)
Organizing Documents
Regular postings
SEO
Skills:
Knowledge of microsoft programs
Social Media
Ability to learn new skills quickly (I will have video tutorials for new skills)
Punctuality and meeting deadlines is important as well as the ability to follow instructions and communicate.
I am looking for someone who can keep me more organized than I already am.
