Graphic Designer (URGENT HIRING!)

We, at TARTLE (tartle.co), are looking for highly experienced graphic designers to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities:
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as ---------- municating with the Manager about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Experience as a graphic designer or in a related ---------- monstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided ---------- puter fluency in Mac and PC
Multimedia content development
Understanding browser capabilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT OVERVIEW:

The TARTLE HQ is in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. We follow Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) for our working hours. We require all our independent contractors to have a FIXED 4-hour working time (Half Flexible). This means, you have to work at least 4 hours along with the working hours and the rest of the hours are flexible.

We pay every 2 weeks: 15th and 30th via PayPal only excluding the transfer fee; however, we do give increments regularly based on ROI.

TARTLE is a progressing, tech company, aiming to expand to 200+ countries. This means that the virtual work environment is FAST-PACED. We do our best to set the right timelines on work-around time, but in some cases, there will be urgent matters beyond the priorities. Our team consists of dedicated, committed individuals to their work. We cannot afford new or old members slacking off and taking their output/results for granted.
