Job Description / Overview
As a
Key Responsibilities
Perform weekly audits of your designated accounts
Apply and monitor Split testing for ad copies
Maintain a well-versed understanding of industry trends and research industry related media
Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements
Drive leads and conversions for our clients
Manage ad spend as determined by the client
Track and analyze the data for each individual campaign, and the campaigns against each other
Stay up to date and have a good understanding of the latest iOS 14 updates including, basic conversion API and pixel attribution knowledge
Quantifiable growth of the business through marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience using
Working knowledge or the US Real Estate industry
Ability to install the FB Pixel, Set up Standard Events & Custom Conversion Events, Verify the domain, and Set (rank) the aggregated events (Part of the IOS changes)
A marketing mindset to be able to review and suggest improvements to our targeting, headlines, and marketing copy
Ability to communicate effectively
Access to a high-speed internet connection
Good time management and organization skills as a remote worker
Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the
YouTube Ads experience is a big plus!
