Web, Automations, Email, Video editing VA for Course Creator Hynotherapist

Hi everyone!

My name is Leo, I'm a hypnotherapist based in Austin, Texas USA. My main service is providing deep therapy 1 x 1 with my clients. I take a very spiritual approach to my business. I believe that therapy is a sacred journey and I consider each session a ceremony.

I also teach courses, workshops, and trainings.

I currently need some help roughly 15-20 hours a week.

Here are the main things right now that I need some extra support with:

-Creating a seamless experience for my clients:
I'm switching to doing my live therapy within the new Kajabi coaching update. Making sure that my clients get automatic email updates about their session, emails about how to prepare for their session, and automated emails after their session for integration ---------- lendly Integration: Making sure my google calendar, calendly, and kajabi coaching platforms are all integrating smoothly.

-Integrating Kajabi with a new platform called Samcart. Samcart has a direct integration with ---------- is used as the checkout page with the ability to add upsells and additional ---------- e video here for SamCart Details:

-Email automations: Making sure that my forms are tagged to segment my email audience, and that when people visit my website and signup for a freebie that everything is automated seamlessly.

- Minimal Web Design: I'm currently switching from squarespace to a service called ShowIt. ShowIt is a drag and drop website ---------- is almost done (I hired a web designer to make it) but I could use some extra help updating it now and then. I don't expect you to know ShowIt as it's not a common platform. But I have a masterclass that you can take to learn ---------- is very intuitive if you are used to things like Photoshop and Wordpress.

-Video editing: Very simple video editing of things like ---------- thing creative, no transitions or flashy effects. Just minimal cuts and being able to simplify a video getting to the main narrative.

I'm looking for someone that is confident being able to link all of these different services ---------- 's a lot of layers right now. My website design will be showit, my checkout cart will be SamCart, my courses will be hosted on Kajabi (& some on SamCart), my email & forms are Kajabi, and my calendar is Gcal and Calendly. Lots of moving parts! Some of these platforms I'm new to, so I won't always be able to train you myself on the details, but I have lots of video tutorials.

I'm an easy going person, I love to support my team in whatever way I can. Also, I should give a heads up that the person right for this job should probably be open minded in regards to spirituality. My work involves past life regressions, working with foreign spirits, trauma, and topics that are not always love and light! Just a fair heads up :D

Also, I am quite particular about branding, colors, fonts, and aesthetic. So someone with a creative eye is a must!
