Position Overview:
We're looking for an Email Designer, a creative guru to join our team! Main responsibilities will be to work on various Email Templates Design Projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, experience in branding, kinetics, illustration, UI, and is comfortable handling multiple design projects that require different aesthetics.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- You have experience navigating existing templates, building and maintaining custom templates, and have experience working in a variety of ESP platforms. Klaviyo is a strong plus.
- Design eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click through rates, as well as sales growth where possible
- Translating design ideas into engaging email experiences to improve the level of personalization and support the automation of processes
- Launch A/B tests, making recommendations to enhance campaign performance
- Analyze creative briefs and usher ideas from concept to production
- You are a strong Designer that can build upon the existing process and help build a streamlined workflow.
- You are very detail oriented and always triple check your work.
- Re-think existing routines and initiate improvements to drive excellence in close collaboration with Project Management and Strategy Teams
- Be self-organized with clear and concise daily communication on the status of ongoing work, ensuring smooth progress for the team and for customers
- Research up-to-date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate
- Lift the team to a new level with cutting-edge knowledge and profound experience in the field of email Design, and kinetic/interactive emails
- Proactively distribute know-how and be an advocate of our tooling landscape, give training to stakeholders on how to use our tooling's and empower them to successfully launch new ideas

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating Email designs
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Figma/Sketch.
- Experience focusing on marketing strategies and how to provide creative solutions to briefs and requests
- Strong conceptual thinker with design sensibilities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, hardworking with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver on time and under pressure while paying attention to detail
- Highly collaborative, willing to work with strategist, developers, copywriters and other internal stakeholders not having email domain knowledge
- Strong ownership for own work results, hands-on mentality and keen on solving problems
