Email Marketer for Inclusive Cosplay Brand

MOEFLAVOR is an anime-inspired lingerie and clothing brand that develops original designs with a large size range. We believe all body types should feel empowered to step into a new and exciting identity. We're looking for a persuasive marketer to join the team!


Responsibilities:
-Setup, send out, and manage campaigns for email (3 times a week), SMS, and push notifications
-Work with our graphic designer to create visually appealing emails
-Creating flows
-Creating segments
-Track and ensure high open rates
-Provide feedback, ideas, and new strategies to increase engagement and revenue
-Create persuasive sales copy. Create variations of it to increase email engagement
-Create reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly

Skills:
-2+ years of experience in email marketing for an eCommerce brand
-Have knowledge and experience using Klaviyo
-SMS marketing experience
-Knowledge of A/B testing strategies
-Enjoys writing for a female audience
-Researches and stays up to date with trends
-Great communication
-Highly motivated
