Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal skills in the Bulgarian/Romanian/Latvian/Slovakian language
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Able to interact in the English language
Able to work with a virtual team environment
Experience in customer service and/or business process/technology support is not required, but an advantage
