We need an Expert on:

PHP Or HyperText Preprocessor, which manages the content and communicates with the database while controlling plugins, third-party integrations, etc.
CSS And HTML, as the backbone or framework of the website, and to paint or design of the website.
JavaScript, as the client-side scripting ---------- 's an advantage if knowledgeable on one or two JS libraries and frameworks like Angular and Vue.JS.
Basic Photoshop that can help convert PSD to WordPress
BootStrap And MySQL framework that is well knowledgable in HTML components including Navigation Bar, Breadcrumbs, Forms, Modals, Carousel, and the like- for customization to address the client’s needs ---------- 's an advantage if knowledgeable on customizing the MySQL database and fixing bugs between PHP and MySQL.
Github And Bitbucket - to maintain the software and for Git code management and to build quality software with code ---------- O Knowledge -to create a unique and appropriate web page to increase traffic on website using organic search results
Command Line Tools -to create your workflow as effectively as possible.
Version Control as a tracking system for every single change made to projects
