WORK IN QUEZON CITY

Just Automotive Recruitment is growing!
We are looking for a Client Services Manager with experience in overseas recruitment with customer service skills and client management, to JOIN THE TEAM IN QUEZON CITY - the possibility of working from home 1 – 2 days a week once trained.

The Job:
• Creation and monitoring of completion of Job Orders
• Prepares and assists clients in completing and complying with government documentation requirements
• Coordinates with the Philippine government office for verification of clients' documents
• Organise and facilitates client and workers' meetings/updates
• Works closely with clients from selection up until deployment
• Participate and assist clients during Recruitment Trips in the Philippines
• Keep track of workers' statuses and maintain trackers for clients
• Facilitates deployment of workers in coordination with clients, the agency, and travel providers
• Checks, Prepares and processes Payments Requests for Skill Assessments and PTEs
• Facilitates Application of different Australian government requirements for workers
• Conducts Orientation for departing workers to prepare them for arriving and working in Australia
• Maintains good working relationships and open communications with clients

The Person:
• Preferably with overseas recruitment work experience
• Must have outstanding English communications skills and client management skills
• Highly adaptable
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
