Scrum Master for a Sales Team needed

We are recruiting for a Scrum Master, who has extensive experience in applying the scrum framework to managing a Sales team. You will be required to use your scrum skills to galvanize your sales team to top par performance in closing out deals.

Responsibilities for Scrum Master
Lead the sales team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Helping the product owner to achieve sales numbers
Lead the scrum and sales teams in self-organization
Timely report and tracking of team performance
Manage the performance of a sales team as a Scrum Master
Support the product owner and provide initiatives where needed
Qualifications for Scrum Master
Prior experience on a scrum team (5years plus experience)
Strong internet connection
Convey messages (verbal and written) without ---------- monstrate experience in sales numbers
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Ability to work with and lead a team

Note: Scrum masters without Sales experience should not apply.
