Senior Scrum master with proven sales experience

We are looking for a high-performing Scrum master with proven direct sales experience to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and reporting performance.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Lead the sales team using scrum methodology
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Moderate Scrum meetings for sales team
Provide guidance to the sales team to achieve targets and close out deals
Present sales performance reports to the management team.
