Want to work in an Australian sports company, helping people to play sport?
This is a full-time role, 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone that has experience with customer service and is looking for a long-term role.
Requirements
+ Fluent in English Written and spoken (5 star rating)
+ Is online and available 9am to 5pm PHT time Monday - Friday (yes you'll need to be online and available for this entire period - and no other engagement/s, no other clients)
+ Have 2 years of customer support or social media experience
What will you be doing?
+ Respond to customer
+ Respond to Live Chat enquiries on our website
+
+ Post on our FB group for teams looking for subs every day
+ Manage our MeetUP group by creating events and replying to enquiries
+ Respond to social media enquiries
+ Schedule fixtures each week for each sport
+ Use our software to send game notifications out each Friday
+ Other Admin and reporting tasks as needed

+ What started as one friendly game of soccer in 2014, SportUP has grown into Brisbane’s largest social sports club for adults who want to get playing social sport again during their workweek.
+ SportUP currently has 5,738 members playing social Netball, Basketball, Football (Soccer), Volleyball, and Touch Footy in our 12 Brisbane venues every week.
+ We focus on providing amazing social sports experiences for our members and are very excited to be expanding our venues, and growing our team numbers.

+ You have experience in customer service and reporting and admin-based tasks
+ You have a positive, can-do attitude and love finding solutions for people.
+ You thrive on taking ownership and responsibility for a project

Salary and Benefits Package
Base salary of $52,000 per month + bonuses for team retention (after paid probation period), depending on qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process.
