And am looking for a web developer that can take care of the mentioned tasks below.

Am trying to establish a long-term relationship so your Quality of the deliverables are important. This is a part time Job or a full time job as we are open for both ways.

By day 30 write a manual of your tasks so that your replacement can be trained easily inthe future. (Done by You )
you must have a good and reliable internet connection.
Make sure before Posting that the blog has a Surfer SEO Score of 80 or more.(Done by You )
Make sure before Posting that the blog has a Grammarly Score of 95 or more.(Done by You )
You are able to bring ideas to the table for how to improve and not just relying on me to hold your hand.
Graphic Designer will come up with the post Featured Image for the blog and added it to the post.
Make sure before Posting that the blog is within our standards and is within the supplied Guidelines (Done by You )

optimize and compress images with optimization tools provided.(Done by You )
Setup and optimize each post SEO with Rank math SEO (Done by You )
Create a blog Table of content by using the plugins.(Done by You )
Create required Pricing tables by using the plugins.(Done by You , information provided by Article writer )
Create Call to Action Buttons and link them.(Done by You )
Link the post to relevant internal Blogs.(Done by You )
