Tech Support

We are a USA based company who is in need of phone tech support for our product that we manufacturer.
English needs to be top proficiency. Hiring will require a spoken test in English. We need to be sure of understanding and proficiency.
Job will require work to happen on Mountain Standard Time (USA). Will be taking in bound calls and helping with technical support of the customer. We will provide all resources and training necessary on the system to be able to answer the needed questions.
Must have a fast internet connection. Must be in a quite environment and able to easily focus on the conversation.
If you have tech support experience, this is a ---------- chanical and or electrical aptitude is also a plus (as you will be working with our computer system).
