IT / Computer / Software Engineer

Job Summary (READ THE WHOLE POST)
We are a Real Estate company looking for a responsible IT administrator who is a Podio and Globiflow expert to perform a variety of tasks and support to our team including but not limited to details listed below in the Responsibilities and Duties section.

This is a full-time position.
Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Eastern time zone), Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Implement and create new process/apps/workflows in Podio
• Create automation using Globiflow.
• Systematizing our process in Podio and Globiflow.
• Implement IT projects with various software(s)/applications.
• Maintain good documentation and flow process.
• Act as a help desk to support users in the organization.
• Build KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking and reporting using mySQL database. API and PHP knowledge is preferred.
• Create integration with XenCall and other applications.

Qualifications and Skills:
• A LOT of Podio and Globiflow experience
• Must have very in depth computer knowledge and be able to learn and assess new software independently.
• Must have good spelling and grammar writing skills for documentation purposes.
• Proficient in time management with strong organizational skills.
• Must have reliable internet connection.
• Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (may be required).

Pay is negotiable and based on experience
