Job Description
The Solution Specialist is an entry-level role in our Solution Management Team. He/She will concentrate on assisting our Business Analysts/Solution Managers (BA’s / SM’s) in analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated. The Solution Specialist must have the ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework.

Tasks:
• Assist the BA’s/SM’s in performing business analysis and process mapping.
• Assist the BA’s/SM’s in researching processes, collecting data, analyzing information, and
performing related tasks.
• Assist the BA’s/SM’s in translating business requirements into documentation and various assets.
• Assist the BA’s/SM’s in facilitating process workshops and documenting any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
• Assist the BA’s/SM’s in facilitating platform issues/defects management and user acceptance
sign-off.
• Assist the BA’s/SM’s in educating business/end-process users.
• Assist the BA’s/SM’s in monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on TSM platform’s
Performance.

Reporting to:
Solution Manager – Common and Sales

Interfaces:
The Solution Specialist will work with Business Analysts/Solution Managers (BA’s / SM’s) and the Solution Development Teams to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems.

Location:
Makati

Qualifications:
• Hungry and Motivated (very very important!).
• Graduate of Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Information Management/Systems or any
related courses.
• Fresh Graduate.
• Has effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Has good presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with management
