Tyroola is an ecommerce platform for tyres in the “Scale Up” stage. We disrupt the traditional industry with activities in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and Europe. Tyroola is a leading online marketplace for tyres and automotive parts in the “Scale Up” stage. We disrupt the $5 billion traditional automotive aftermarket industry where 95% of the sector is still operating offline. We are active and growing our presence in several countries in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. We consider ourselves a marketing & technology-led company which happens to be selling tyres.

Job Summary
As a Web Marketing Manager, you will develop and expand a company's web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promote company brand through these channels. Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with other teams, departments and management with regards to website strategy and maintenance.
- Planning, maintaining, implementing and monitoring the company custom CMS.
- Planning, monitoring and suggesting improvements on UI/UX of pages within the website.
- Gathering insights analytical platforms to understand website issues and work with other teams to draft solutions.
- Identifying strategies to grow website subscriptions.
- Identifying user audience segments and their journeys which helps increase website conversions.
- Controlling the website quality and creating processes of troubleshooting and fixing website issues.
- Conducting content (articles, images, videos and the like) audits to eliminate errors, redundancy and the like.
- Check compliance on company websites in adherence to law and regulations.
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices on website management.

Job Skills and Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must
• Has an understanding of website languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript or the like)
• Knowledge on website analytical platforms (e.g. Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEM Rush or the like)
• Ability to work well independently and with the different members of the team or other departments.
• Has strong attention to details
• Has sense of urgency with the projects or tasks assigned
• Has strong communication and writing skills
