Credit Repair Processing Agent

Seeking an experienced credit repair processing agent who is familiar with the industry and the American Credit Repair process. We will train specifics. Must love interacting with clients and helping them achieve their credit repair goals!

Job Description

We’re looking for someone who’s really passionate about assisting others. You will be responsible for responding to customer service emails and phone calls to assist customers with various matters like credit repair progress updates. You will also be responsible for the backend administrative tasks related to your role. We will train you on our softwares.

You will also be responsible for analyzing credit reports and creating dispute letters to send to the credit bureaus. We will also train on this but general familiarity is required.

Detailed Responsibilities

You’ll be working directly with the CMO.

+ Analyze Credit Reports
+ Create Dispute Letters
+ Respond to customer service requests via phone and email
+ Manage the credit repair pipeline
+ Other admin work as needed for the role

REQUIRED Technical Skills & Experience
---------------------------------------------------------
To do this job, you’ll need :

+ Exceptional English skills (written and spoken)
+ Familiarity working with CRM style softwares. Preferably in the credit repair industry such as DisputeFox or Credit Repair Cloud
+ A desire to standout.
+ General knowledge of credit repair
+ Ability to use communication and project management softwares like Slack, Monday, Google Suite, and etc.
+ Highly proficient technical skills allowing you to learn new things and be open to new tasks and responsibilities.

Work Schedule & Holidays

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays. MUST BE available from 9AM PST - 5PM PST.

+ You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

$700 Per Month To Start For Full Time Work (40 Hours Per Week)
