We are looking for open-minded, highly motivated, and infectiously positive people to help us build an awesome new company in the insurance world.

Your day will consist of troubleshooting system and report errors, maintaining and updating ongoing analytics, and designing the reports, databases, and application functions to better empower our clients and employees. Think the Yoda of data! To be successful in this role, you should have the heart of a troubleshooting master and a knack for using your attention to detail to find solutions through technology.

Ultimately, you will help design and maintain our systems and reporting to elevate our business to the next level.

**What you’ll do
Design and maintain company reports (including creating custom data tables and database integrations)
Design and maintain KPI dashboards across departments
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems
Audit data and calculated metrics on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of reporting
Brainstorm new ways to add more functionality and automation to the insurance process
Design and build integration solutions to make our operations more efficient (create API connections, leverage Zapier workflows, and develop connections across Zoho One applications)
Create and implement new tools across departments in Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho People, and other applications

**Qualifications:
Proficient in spreadsheet creation, manipulation, and macros (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Experience in database administration (creating SQL tables, joining data tables, writing custom and aggregate formulas, building pivot tables)
Experienced in SQL
Experience with Google applications (Google Analytics, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides)
Knowledge on design principles and best practices in building reports and dashboards
Experience in building common practices, processes, and integration layers for in-house and third-party applications
Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision making, time management, and organizational skills

**Not required, but we’d love it if you….
Are experienced with Zoho One applications (CRM, Desk, Analytics, etc.) or Zapier workflows
Have knowledge of APIs and building API connections
Know Java or the Deluge Scripting Language (similar to Java)
