Viking Asset Management LLC is looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant:
Managing projects, creating reports, and other organizational tasks.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review by the management.
Helping set up, maintain, and organize the company's office tools online.

Provide general administrative and customer support.
