JOB OVERVIEW

Viking Asset Management LLC is looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant:
Managing projects, creating reports, and other organizational tasks.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review by the management.
Helping set up, maintain, and organize the company's office tools online.
Helping prepare for ---------- ing various software, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases software.
Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence.
Provide general administrative and customer support.

Skills Requirement:
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level communication and written communication skills.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
