Viking Asset Management LLC is looking for Accounting Virtual Assistant which is
responsible for management and oversight of all accounting related functions and other
administrative tasks, including, but not limited to managing expense reports and
reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and
reconciling invoices, we use Zoho One. If you have an experience in Accounting and are
interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help the accounting transactions run smoothly, ensuring
transparency and efficiency in all
management to improve processes and procedures to improve efficiencies.
Responsibilities as an Accounting VA:
? Work with the management on tracking of Timesheets and Payroll, and
Bookkeeping Data Entry.
? Assist with gathering data and building operational reports.
? Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
? Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
? Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions.
? Create systems and processes for analyzing, writing, and following legal
requirements and recommending improvements to business procedures.
? Responsible for providing accurate financial data and recommendations based
on your findings. This means you must be able to analyze numbers quickly while
being well-versed enough with company policies to avoid making costly
mistakes.
? Managing projects, creating reports, and other organizational tasks.
? Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
? Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review by the
management.
? Helping set up, maintain, and organize the companies office tools online.
? Helping prepare for meetings.
? Using various software, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases
software.
? Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming
? Provide general administrative and customer support.
Skills Requirement:
Work experience as an Accounting Virtual Assistant
Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with Excel and accounting software
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
