T-Shirt Graphic Designer

I am looking at hiring A well-rounded graphic designer, with a focus on t-shirt designs. The ability to create good designs. The successful applicant must be able to create or re-create a minimum of 5 designs PER WEEK. I will be suppling you with sample ideas.
