JOB OVERVIEW

Viking Asset Management LLC is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Virtual
Assistant who can plan and manage all of our digital marketing channels and
campaigns. You will report closely to the management and contribute to the
organization’s marketing strategy to increase customer sales and engagement. You are
responsible for maintaining the company's online presence and sales by working on
various marketing campaigns. Your duties include, but not limited to, researching,
strategizing with the team and creating content for successful campaigns.

Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing VA:
? Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media and display advertising campaigns
? Lead generation
? Content Management and marketing
? Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the company's
overarching marketing strategy
? Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and
enhances the company's online brand
? Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the company's website, including SEO
and PPC
? Creating and implementing a social media policy and framework for the company
? Design, build and maintain our social media presence
? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess
against goals (ROI and KPIs)
? Market researching and identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and
performance based on the insights
? Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
? Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
? Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user
experience
? Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
across multiple channels and customer touch points
? Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
? Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective


for adoption
? Managing projects, creating reports, and other organizational tasks.
? Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
? Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review by the
management.
? Helping set up, maintain, and organize the companies office tools online.
? Helping prepare for meetings.
? Using various software, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases
software.
? Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence.
? Provide general administrative and customer support.

Skills Requirement:
Proven working experience in digital marketing and lead generation, creating email campaigns and management, content management, advanced marketing
research skills, excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), and
creative thinking is a MUST
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM is a plus
Organic Marketing knowledge and experience is a plus
Social media Ads management knowledge (Google, FB, Tiktok, YT, etc.), is a plus
Marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns is a plus
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising
digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
