JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring new tea ---------- mbers to handle Level 1 tech support for web hosting company.

Typical support tickets would include (but not limited to) issues with email, adding new domains, installing WordPress, etc.

Most tasks for Level 1 will be done within a control panel. We will teach other skills as needed.

The right candidate has:
- The love of solving problems
- Excellent written English and understanding. Most clients are American
- A sense of urgency, our clients expect prompt and proper responses
- Excellent customer support skills. We pride ourselves in our customer support
- Knowledge and experience with a web hosting control panel, such as cPanel or Direct Admin
- A "I will get it done" attitude. We take on a variety of client issues and are not afraid to bend over backwards to solve them
- A pleasant demeanor. You will be working with clients that are sometimes upset, you will need to manage their expectations and make them happy
- A team player attitude. We work together to care for our clients
- Meticulous with details
- ---------- etings must be attended with no tardiness
- A desire to GROW and CONTRIBUTE
- Excellent and reliable Internet connection. This is a MUST
