We are looking for a stellar Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO.
As an Executive Assistant (EA), your main job is to help our CEO save time and leverage it. This is a long term role where you will be respected, valued and grow quickly.
Working hours for this position are 15 PM to 00 PM Philippines Time.

The role of an Executive Assistant is one of the most integral in the organization. You'll be expected to work quickly and thoughtfully to help the CEO grow the company.
Here's what a typical week might look like:
Market Research, Data Entry
Manage
Prep Proposals, Presentations, decks using Google Slides, Canva
Spreadsheet creation in Airtable and/or Google Sheets
Reconciling in Xero (light bookkeeping), Payroll check
Updating various financial or KPI spreadsheets
Create systems and processes for workflows, document them in Notion or Clickup
Collecting and driving a list of key decisions CEO needs to make each day
Edit videos, Social posts
Repurpose content across various social media channels
Reach out to potential clients, lead gen
Creating reports
- We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
You are an experienced Executive Assistant with at least 3 years of direct experience as superstar administrative assistant, executive assistant or project manager
You're someone who is a quick learner, is smart, thorough and fast.
You like to solve problems.
You are competitive and love being really good at your job.
You're also pretty good at learning new technology.
You're thoughtful about your projects, producing high-quality outputs for the team
You're comfortable communicating via
You're super dependable and expect your boss to be the same in return
You speak & write fluent English. This is an absolute must as you'll be speaking with clients or partners when needed
Software you should be great at using: Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), Google Docs, Presentation software ( Canva or Google Slides or Keynote)
You have fast, reliable internet and a reliable computer that can handle multiple applications open at once (Slack, Clickup, Airtable, Google Chrome, Zoom, etc)
You're available to start immediately within 2 weeks latest of a job offer

Salary (from $600 to $800 depending on experience) + quarterly performance bonuses.
