We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will collaborate with our E-commerce Manager, Creative Communications Supervisor, and in-house UI/UX Designer to bring our email place order rate to the next level.

The Email Marketing Specialist will manage 7 email accounts and guarantee that our leads and existing customers have a 5-star experience. The ideal candidate understands the dynamic of an e-commerce company and

In this role, you will:


- Create specific email marketing strategies for all stages of the funnel of each account taking into consideration their different audiences and KPIs;

-Review the existing flows and campaigns and suggest and execute the changes that will support the company's E-commerce growth;

- Ensure that all transactional email flows are accurate and work on fixing issues with our development team;

-Perform regular lists hygiene according to best practice to ensure data quality, low unsubscribe rate, and spam complaints;

-Write all the necessary copies for email marketing campaigns and create creative briefings with detailed directions to the web designer;

- Schedule and deploy all email marketing campaigns, ensuring the quality of links, audiences, and content;

-Create weekly and monthly reports on key email metrics;

- Run regular A/B tests to increase email metrics;

- Work well in a fast-paced environment to reach monthly KPIs;

-Be on top of email marketing best practices for continuing flows and campaign optimizations and ideations.



What we are looking for:

Diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent fields plus 2 to 3 years of email marketing experience.

Hands-on experience and proven track record managing all aspects of email campaigns and delivery through Klaviyo or other major email providers.

Experience in an e-commerce environment is an asset.

Experience with B2B companies is an asset.

Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

Strong project management skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, and a high degree of initiative to drive projects to completion
