Supervisor & Sales Caller for Cold Calling / Outbound sales

Average will earn PHP 25,000-30,000 per a month

- Your hours will be 8:30 pm to 5:30 am with 1 hour for breaks (Philippine Time)
- Once you reach Full time Status at the 6 month mark , You will receive sick pay . You will receive a 5 day paid vacation on the 1 year mark.


Starting pay is PHP negotiable per a month with a raise based on performance in the 1st 2 month time, then every 6 months after that.

Duties and Responsibilities of Supervisor

1 )Responsible on the Daily Calling Operation
2 )* You will be hands-on to the Team ensuring Compliances on our Calls with respect to Quality & Delivery of the Team's Targets
3) Responsible on each Caller's Behavioral Aspect
4) Work Hand-in-hand with the Overall manager regarding the Training Process of the New Callers
5) You will be responsible for the recommendation of Disciplinary Actions subjected for approval by HR/Operations Manager & the Overall Manager
6) Furnish Supervisor's Report on the Key Indices of the Team on a Weekly Basis
7) Expected to be in continuous collaboration with the Managers Mentioned for the Company's Development
8 )Since the Company is growing, there are other Tasks that will be requested from you.
9) Items 1 to 8 will be done few hours a week. Supervisors are expected to be on Calls most of the times.

If you got this job you would be a supervisor over a team of callers who makes outbound sales calls. You would also have to make calls as well. We have 8 callers and that will not take 40 hours a week to supervise. The time outside supervising would be in calling. I am hiring and training weekly so we are growing into a Full time position for a supervisor. The job of the team involves calling real estate agents and getting them to sign up for free marketing tips or free online classes (also known as webinars). You must have excellent English speaking skills because you will be talking with people based in the United States, over the phone.
