Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets and quota of qualified opportunities with revenue.
• Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and outcomes.
• Learn HVAC products, services and solutions, and develop an ability to match them with an understanding of the prospect’s interests and needs
• Participate in campaign ideation, results review, and decisions on best practices
• Nurture warm prospects to generate leads and build relationships for hand-off
• Nurturing interest and understanding of HVAC capabilities
• Report to Sales Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
