We are primarily looking for a tech savvy person who is interested in writing about latest tech updates and companies, has an understanding of various operating systems both on computers and mobile and has access to a Windows/Mac/iOS/Android device. Having all of these is not mandatory, but the more access you have, the better chances you'll have since we would be covering a lot of related topics.

**Needed Skills**

1) Your English should be spot on. There won't be any compromises on this. Writing especially should be excellent.

2) Willingness and ability to get the best information available for the topic at hand as well work with the editorial team to get new relevant topics.

3) Provide exceptional write-ups on the topics finalized by the editorial team. (We will help you and give training till you get a good handle on this.)

4) Do ghost writing as and when required.

**Equipment**

We need you to have access to at least 2 of the devices listed below since we primarily write about topics related to these devices:

- Macbook (for Mac OS)
- Windows PC (for Windows 8 and 10)
- Android smartphone (for Android OS)
- iPhone, iPad (for iOS access)

**What's involved**

1) You would need to write at least two articles per day. The depth of coverage depends on the news of the day as well as the schedule in our editorial calendar. So while one article could be 500 words, other could be 2500 words long. It all depends on the need of the hour. Longer articles will be done over a period of 2-3 days. But in the case of urgency, you should be ready to take up the challenge of doing more articles or finishing larger articles sooner.

2) Social Media management of our brands on Social Profiles based on the schedule we formulate.

3) Other VA tasks like managing and responding to the email and newsletter management.

4) Daily reporting and accountability will be an everyday process. This will involve a quick meeting at the end of the day to understand how much progress you've made. The Weekly and Quarterly meeting will be held for performance evaluation.

5) A more detailed task list will be provided after we interview you and find you suitable for the job.

We will be working in both PST (USA) and IST (India) based time zones. So you should be comfortable in switching between times as and when needed. Although once you successfully complete your training, you won't need to switch often.

**Compensation**

We will begin with the payment of $450 per month. You will get the payment once a month. After a 3 month probation period, if all works out for both parties involved, there will be an immediate increment of your salary. After this an annual review would be done and based on performance there will be an increase in salary.

We pay promptly as we know how important monthly salary is for anyone. Based on performance we will increase the payment if you prove yourself. We treat our employees with respect and expect them to take the job very seriously.

We want someone to work full time with us. We can either break the week into 5 day work week or 6, depending upon your needs and our schedule. We expect you to work a minimum of 40 hours a week.

Our business has been online since last four years, and we are going through a growth phase where we are concentrating on integrating more diverse ideas in our website and expand into more verticals.

Position Type: Full Time.

Time Zone: IST (India) and PST (USA). You will have the freedom to work on your normal workday hours after training.

Proposed Payment: $450 with an increment after the probation period of 3 months. One year later salary increase after evaluation of performance.
