Bookkeeping for Marketing Agency

Hello, I'm looking to hire someone for part-time bookkeeping. Maybe 2-4 hours a week. Max 12 hours a month

The rate is $3.50 per hour.

Must have experience with US-based business.
Must have experience with Quickbooks

It would include

- importing cash receipts into QuickBooks.

- receipts management

- Bank, Credit Card, PayPal & Crypto Reconciliation

- Weekly, Monthly & Year End Reporting

- Management Report with Balance Sheet

- Financial Statements with Cash Flow, Profit & Loss

- Reconcile accounts

- converting Thai baht to USD

- Maintaining Account Receivables & Payable
