Job Description:
- Assist patients' concerns, taking calls, answering chat messages, responding to emails and addressing general patient queries.
- Patient appointment scheduling and eligibility processing.
- Record details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health.
- Process prescription refill requests
- Other medical tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse
- Experience in scribing, preferred.
- Good screen side manner; professional and presentable
- Proficiency in English; both oral and written.
