Lead Generation Specialist - NO CALLING - URGENT - FULL REMOTE

I’m looking for a long-term, fully remote, Lead Generation Specialist to directly support me in professional projects.

You will provide administrative support and be my Right-Hand person. This position requires a high level of resourcefulness, administrative skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and excellent communication skills.

Someone who is exceptionally organized, and an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate would have a keen interest in helping us identify and doing initial reach out to leads who fit our criteria. Mostly will research C-Level executives, Board Directors, Business Owners, and Collaborators

WHO AM I?
I’m a full-time technical director level position for a software company and the founder of a M&A enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Use LinkedIn and other websites to find profiles matching our needs
Manage CRM content to maximize efficient workflows and communication quality
Initiate digital communication ( using templates )
Perform supporting research to vet and qualify prospects
Other various administrative or research tasks, from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent English communication skills
* Ability to focus on tasks for long periods of time
* High intelligence and ability to learn
* Good judgment: Ability to discern between great and not so great leads
* Work experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation activities
* Work experience with some form of CRM
* Hold high standards. Expect personal and team performance to be excellent
