Full Time Digital Project Manager

We are a fast growing Web/App Design, SEO & Digital Marketing Company based in Hong Kong. We are looking for an experienced digital project manager to join our growing Upgrade to see actual info requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Work Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm. Must have no other jobs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage website / app / SEO / software projects that you have converted from kick-off to delivery, after-sales Upgrade to see actual infofine and monitor the timeline with internal team and the clients
Allocate tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and ensure that the team are working to schedule
Liaise with clients on progress and day to day communications
Assist the clients to submit the information
Ensure that there is no scope creep / quote for additions
Manage client expectations during design to the delivery
Gather feedback after a project and contribute ideas to improve project processes
Manage support retainer after a project has been completed. This means handling ongoing requests for support, new work, and any other Upgrade to see actual info also means assisting with growing the account over time through maintaining good relations, upselling and cross selling

Requirements:
Min 3 years experience as a digital account manager, digital project manager or digital producer, specifically in the areas of website builds, apps builds or web application builds.
Previous experience with CMSs such as Wordpress, Shopify is a necessity.
Experience working on App / software projects is a bonus.
Agency experience is a definite plus
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications would be great
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
