POSITION SUMMARY
The Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned objectives by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO
- Coordinates and schedules travel, accommodations, meetings, and appointments for the CEO
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents appropriately
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping
- Retrieves information as requested fro
- Prepares agendas, and schedules; may attend meetings on behalf of the CEO to take notes, recordings, distribute minutes or other items
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Maintains a system for recording expenses
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Maintains filing systems as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, record-keeping, and filing systems
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work independently
- Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
