I’m looking for someone who will radically serve to update my profiles and the profiles of my clients. I have been working with my clients as a behind the scenes co-pilot, and I have not created and branded myself.

I am in need of a Social Media Marketing Expert that has the skills needed to set-up the systems to use social media to generate and attract my perfect clients through Organically through both Attraction Based Marketing & Outbound Prospecting.

I also want someone that will understand how to build my profiles in a way that will project my personality as a down to earth, super positive, marketing nerd & superstar sales ninja without coming off spammy, over the top, or braggadocios.

I’m looking for a person with a positive attitude, who will follow through, who cares about their client’s outcome and is trustworthy.

PLEASE NOTE => This is not a Short Term Gig - I am looking for someone who will grow with me for the next 3-5 years.

You will work closely with me, and have the opportunity to learn and have massive ---------- this role you will be helping me
=> Get Profiles Update to reflect the Brand & Attract our Perfect Fit Clients

=> Build a Organic Prospecting Machine for LinkedIn/FB/IG

=> Evaluate Social Media Profiles of our Clients & Perform Audits to help them optimize them

=> Ensure we are on track to complete projects in a Timely Manner.

=> Document the processes and procedures to optimize this process and deliver world class service for our clients.

=> Take advantage of the $100,000 Company Based Resource & Training Library to update your Skills in Knowledge.

You’ll bring your varied skills on platforms like Google Drive, ClickUp and Dropbox to keep projects moving along that move the business forward.

This position is NOT for:
Beginners (if you don’t have a great track record of relevant results to share, please do not apply)
Agencies or Freelancers (we are looking for a full time commitment and someone seeking a long term opportunity)
Unreliable people: You must have verifiable references that we can contact that will validate your integrity, productivity, attitude and skills


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 2 personal days which can be used as a sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
