Role
* I am seeking an experienced cold caller with (1) nearly perfect American English, and (2) previous experience in generating leads for wholesaling residential real estate.

Pay structure
* For the first 90 days, you will be in a 90-day trial period.
* During the 90-day trial period, salary will be USD 3.00 per hour.
* In addition to salary, you can earn a KPI bonus each week you meet your KPIs. The weekly KPI bonus during the trial period is USD 40.00 per week.
* After the 90-day trial period, your salary will increase to USD 4.00 per hour, and the weekly KPI bonus will increase to USD 60.00 per week.

Additional Benefits
* After 6-months, you will receive a loyalty bonus of USD 500.00.
* After 12-months, you will receive a loyalty bonus of USD 1,000.00.
* Paid time off for Philippines regular holidays and special days, plus 10 paid vacation days.

Responsibilities - The job will involve
* Calling homeowners to determine if they are interested in selling their property
* Qualifying whether the sellers are good prospective leads by determining
1. Timeline to sell
2. Condition of their property
3. Motivation to sell
4. Price range
* Setting an appointment with the homeowner, so a U.S.-based acquisitions specialist can meet the homeowner and view the property
* Filling out lead sheets for the U.S.-based acquisitions specialists
* Participating in meetings and trainings
* Completing administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to the above

* Previous experience related to wholesaling residential real estate
* Availability to work during American waking hours (U.S. Eastern Time Zone)
