Scrum Master

Responsibilities
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Daily management of projects in Jira, project structure, communication, writing tickets.
Ability to work with and lead a team
Drive execution of product roadmap, working closely with product, design, and development teams
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements to implement software
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
Applies a systematic problem-solving approach to gather needed information, evaluate alternatives, develop contingencies, and prioritize actions.
Coaches the scrum team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum tools and practices at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

Preferred Experience
3+ years’ experience leading projects in one or more of the following: enterprise software applications (JavaScript or Mobile frameworks), cloud (data lakes, hybrid, migrations, etc), Business Intelligence (predictive analytics, data visualization).
3+ years of digital, experiential or data agency experience
Experience with Waterfall and Agile ways of working.
Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.
Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Scrum Master, SAFe, ---------- certification is a plus.
Experience in Software Engineering is a plus.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or applicable experience.
