Major responsibilities: Maintain Month - Month Client Retention of 93%+
Quickly being able to identify clients who are dissatisfied and planning out a set of tasks both for yourself and delivery team to increase client satisfaction
Complete client requests and tickets within same day for 70%+ of requests
Taking the SEO ranking/traffic wins we are delivering and translating it to clients in a way where they can appreciate and see the value in the service
For clients which are not getting great tangible results just yet from our SEO efforts, being able to convey our efforts diligently so clients can understand the overall strategy

Other Notable Responsibilities:
Providing quality customer service to to range of clients under your management
Oversight and follow-up on all campaign deliverables
Customizing client campaign strategy based on individual needs
Providing and explaining campaign reports to each client

Skills:
Following up with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve task due dates (Follow Up)
Delegating of tasks from client calls to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (Delegation)
Note taking during Client calls & SEO team calls (Summarizing Importance)
Holding accountability meetings with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (Prioritizing Tasks to hit targets)
Capable of learning enough about each client to understand the goals and challenges of their specific businesses (Relationship building)
Ability to manage both internal and client deadlines (Accountable)
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies (Organized)

Requirements:
SEO Customer service experience (Speaking directly to clients) : 2 years (Preferred)
SEO account management experience: 2 years (Preferred)
